Kapnick Insurance is an independent insurance advisory firm founded in 1946 with Michigan roots and a global presence. We provide expert guidance and creative problem-solving in areas such as business insurance, risk solutions, employee benefits, worksite well-being, and personal insurance to a diverse range of clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a 2–5 year employee benefits strategy aligned with client goals.
- Provide leadership and oversight for delivering Kapnick’s employee benefits services, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners.
Essential Functions
- Possess excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Teams), video conferencing, and Agency Management Systems.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) and at least 5 years of experience in group benefits.
- Required to hold a Life & Health License.
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary and attend industry meetings.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years experience in group benefits

- Life & Health License: Required
