About the role
Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatrics Division throughout New Jersey and seeks an experienced Client Liaison to help grow the referral network and increase access to high-quality pediatric home care services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand referral relationships with hospitals, pediatric practices, physician groups, specialty providers, case managers, discharge planners, and school districts throughout New Jersey.
- Build strategic partnerships that generate new pediatric home care referrals.
- Leverage existing professional network while identifying new business opportunities across the state.
- Represent Affirmed Home Care at networking events, healthcare conferences, community outreach programs, provider meetings, and educational presentations.
- Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community partners about our pediatric home care services and available programs.
- Collaborate with Intake, Recruiting, Clinical, and Marketing teams to support growth initiatives and ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate referral activity, sales tracking, and pipeline management within Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Meet and exceed referral growth and relationship development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Liaison, Physician Liaison, Referral Liaison, healthcare business development professional, or healthcare sales representative.
- Established relationships with New Jersey hospitals, pediatric practices, specialty physicians, school systems, case managers, and/or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- NJ Medicaid
- NJ FamilyCare
- EPSDT
- IEP and 504 Plans
- Pediatric specialty care and home healthcare services
- Proven track record of generating referrals and growing provider relationships.
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
