About the role

Bloom is seeking a passionate, accomplished client leader and project manager to help shape the future of our Milwaukee architectural practice. We recognize that exceptional leadership is built on both experience and potential. Every team member brings unique perspectives and strengths that enrich our culture and elevate our work. That’s why we foster an environment where curiosity is encouraged, initiative is celebrated, and continuous learning is part of who we are. Through mentorship, collaboration, and the open exchange of ideas, we help one another grow professionally, pursue new opportunities, and achieve shared success.
