Our client is a provider of banking and financial services operating through Retail Banking and Services, and Corporate and Institutional Banking divisions.

About the role

The Client Integration Officer serves as the primary liaison among Sales, Credit, and Regulatory teams, ensuring seamless communication and rapid issue resolution. The role collaborates with cross-functional groups to prioritize onboarding requests in accordance with business objectives and customer needs, leads Pipeline Review meetings to provide transparency on onboarding progress, identifies risks, and manages escalations. The position fosters a culture of continuous learning by coaching team members and delivering constructive feedback, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to guarantee alignment and effective collaboration. The role oversees the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and the ongoing management of existing relationships, establishes and enforces client management policies and procedures, facilitates global coordination across stakeholders, and proactively mitigates process-related risks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and maintain existing relationships as part of the end-to-end client coordination process.
  • Establish end-to-end client management processes and enforce them through policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate global coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders (KYC, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Relationship Managers, Regulatory).
  • Ensure collection, review, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee internal and external systems setup.
  • Mitigate risks related to processes and facilitate escalations when required.
  • Participate in external and internal audits of the bank’s functions and processes as needed.
  • Promote a culture of delivery excellence, encouraging openness, effective challenge, and open discussion.
  • Monitor the ongoing production process and effective utilization of resources.
  • Act on feedback from client reviews to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Assist in dealing with technical queries from clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and training.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Management, Operations, Credit, Due Diligence, and/or Legal Negotiations.
  • Understanding of relevant legal agreements (ISDA/CSA, GMRA, MSFTA, Side Letters, NDAs, ETSA, Options Agreements, etc.).
  • Knowledge of how a large financial institution operates, including trade and client lifecycles.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: Risk, Legal, Due Diligence, Client Management, Operations.
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations and operations.

Pay

$44.20/hour

Schedule

12-month temporary assignment, onsite in New York, NY 10019.
