Job Summary
The Client Integration Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality integration solutions between the Bank and its customer/partner systems. This involves expanding the Bank's integration practice to adopt Open Banking Standards and monetize financial data. The role requires effective communication with various Bank lines of business to prioritize client integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manages teams of Integration Developers focusing on client and partner integrations.
- Researches new integration technologies and standards to enhance client connectivity.
- Oversees, creates, and implements client integration solutions to improve onboarding and connectivity processes.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the actions of the client integration delivery team.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance on client integration initiatives.
- Acts as a liaison between the integration delivery team and senior leadership, as well as client-facing business lines.
- Maintains and builds positive working relationships with internal customers and the lines of business served, focusing on client and partner needs.
- Works closely with other IT staff to assist in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and other phases throughout client integration projects and SDLCs.
- Maintains compliance with government, industry, and internal regulations and policies.
- Advises on best practices for improving release management and operational monitoring of client integrations.
- Builds relationships between product, business, and development teams to meet client integration goals.
- Supervises the BankUnited client integration developer group.
- Affirms that client integration deliverables are provided on time.
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, and/or Engineering with an emphasis in software development.
- 5+ years software engineering experience with emphasis on client integration, API development, and web technologies for business application delivery.
- Strong acumen and 5+ years' experience in API design, user-interface design, and database analysis.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud computing; Full stack development; Angular JS; .NET; Java.
- Experience with Open Banking Standards and client/partner-facing integration platforms is preferred.
- Certifications relevant to AWS, or Cloud Technologies are preferred but not required.
