Client Intake & Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-level, client-centered experience for prospective clients
- Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Screens prospective clients to determine whether they may be a good fit for the firm
- Coordinate and schedule consultations with attorneys
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication throughout the intake process
- Accurately enter and maintain detailed information in our CRM and intake management systems, including Go High Level and Clio Grow
- Manage intake pipelines and consultation calendars with precision and attention to detail
- Assist in generating intake and pipeline reporting
- Ensure all intake-related information and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
- Comfortable learning and consistently utilizing technology platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with Go High Level, Clio Grow, Clio, or similar CRM/intake systems is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, intake, client relations, hospitality, admissions, healthcare, legal services, or consultative sales is preferred
- Confidence to communicate kindly but assertively when appropriate
- Reliable, proactive, and highly accountable
Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000/year
