Client Implementation Lead (Insurance)
About the role
We are seeking a Client Implementation Lead to run client implementations from requirements gathering through go-live. You will work directly with company leadership and serve as the bridge between clients and our engineering teams. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of delivery and business development — meaning you will travel not only for client workshops and go-lives, but also to industry conferences, tradeshows, and partner events where INTX builds relationships and accelerates growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, MIS, or related field)
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a Client Implementation Lead or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience coordinating and supporting projects in a client-facing role
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Nice to Haves
- Experience with property and casualty (P&C) insurance
- Experience working with software development or IT teams
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or consulting industries
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM)
