Responsibilities

Small Business (Client Size 25-49 Employee)

  • Visit clients on site.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems.
  • Solve client problems with a broad perspective to identify solutions.
  • Work independently to resolve issues.
  • Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
  • Communicate and exceed client expectations.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
  • Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
  • Hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
  • Provide recommendations and educate.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
  • A college degree is great but not required.
  • Candidates must reside in or near Northern Orange County, CA, as this role requires regular travel within an assigned external client territory and book of business.

Bonus Points

  • HR Certification or willing to pursue in the first year.

Base Salary Offer

USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
