Client Experience Lead

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates high standards for customer service, employee development and company culture.
- Responsible for meeting financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue, retention/turnover, etc.
- Identifies opportunities for professional development and coaching for team members, for example, sales goals, rebooking clients, etc.
- Affords assistance in managing all store personnel including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, product knowledge and skills development, loss prevention, performance management, safety, recognition, and legal compliance.
- Leads through teaching employees and growing their productivity, has a clear vision of individual, team, and/or personal goals. Has coaching and mentoring skills and can verbalize the steps taken to achieve those goals.
- Ensures all training and continued education are completed.
- Affords assistance in conducting monthly and annual reviews for each employee.
- Responsible for the store's inventory which includes ordering, audits, receiving products, etc.
- Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.
- Affords assistance in local marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to social media, events, etc.
- Primarily will work front desk and has exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements
- Assistant Manager Experience
- PREFERRED: Esthetician or Cosmetology License
