Client Experience Coordinator – Medical Aesthetics

Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, high-end environment at all times
- Support retail skincare and treatment recommendations at checkout
- Support high-volume phone calls, texts, and appointment bookings
- Confirm appointments and manage schedule optimization
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, timing, and preparation
- Maintain accurate client records in EMR system
- Capture before-and-after photos for medical records and marketing use
- Assist with reporting, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished reception and retail space
- Support team workflow to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years front desk, administrative, or client coordination experience preferred
- Medical spa, dermatology, hospitality or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and scheduling ability
- Comfortable discussing skincare and services with clients
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury client service
Compensation & Benefits
