Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year in the aesthetic industry
- A minimum of 2 years sales management experience

- Demonstrated experience with metrics and analysis including workforce planning, productivity, SLAs and KPIs

Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Provide warm and welcoming responses to client inquiries, represent skinBe Med Spa authentically, address queries about services, appointments, pricing, and offerings.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently handle appointment booking, rescheduling, schedule optimization, and cancellations using our scheduling software, adhering to protocols and availability.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, treatments, products, and promotions to offer accurate and comprehensive information.
- Customer Service Excellence: Display empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in addressing client concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Upselling, Cross-Selling, and Overall Selling: Identify opportunities for suggesting additional treatments or products that align with client preferences, contributing to sales goals.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of interactions, appointment changes, and special requests in our client database.
- Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with skinBe team for smooth appointment transitions and accurate information sharing.
- Follow-Up: Develop and execute a comprehensive follow-up system for enhanced client engagement. Initiate post-treatment follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, collect feedback, and address post-appointment inquiries.
- Lead Conversion and Nurturing: Drive strategies to convert leads and nurture client relationships for base growth.
- Problem Solving: Innovatively address complex situations, turning discontented guests into loyal advocates.
- Operational Representation: Present consistent operational delivery representation to the Executive leadership team.
- Goal Assessment and Exceed Goals: Review goals, implement accountability measures, and maintain documentation. Strategically plan and execute to surpass goal metrics.
- Sales Initiatives and Campaign Management: Manage lead generation relationships, software, and create revenue-driving initiatives.
- Event Sales: Oversee event sales management and execution.
- Training Initiatives: Facilitate comprehensive training, being a skinBe expert. Potentially provide sales system training to corporate employees, new clinics, and franchisees.
- Ongoing Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, treatments, and products, ensuring clients receive up-to-date information.
- Policies Adherence: Uphold spa policies, confidentiality standards, and data security measures during all client interactions.
