Client Experience Associate

Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate and manage client deliverables
• Support sourcing and procuring products for clients
• Communicate with hospital clients via phone and email
• Utilize a CRM system to track all client activity
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the business

Requirements

• A undergraduate degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service or professional setting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized with exceptional time-management skills
• Comfortable speaking via telephone to customers from executives to technicians
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
