The Client Experience Associate is the heartbeat of the Ladies of Lineage client experience. This role is responsible for guiding the bride’s journey from first inquiry through gown arrival, while creating a welcoming, polished, and emotionally thoughtful showroom experience. The Concierge ensures every interaction with Ladies of Lineage feels seamless, personal, and elevated. This is a hospitality-driven, relationship-focused role that requires warmth, organization, attention to detail, and a genuine love for people and celebration.
