What You’ll Be Doing
- Secure contracts within MDU and MTU communities to expand Verizon Home Internet services.
- Work with local Verizon Engineering to secure License Agreements for hybrid wireless networks.
- Initiate face-to-face and mass communication to introduce the value proposition and identify buyers.
- Conduct needs analysis and determine pain points to tailor solutions.
- Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage sales data and prepare reports.
- Negotiate and close long-term deals for cooperative marketing.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and leverage Verizon's technical advantages.
- Participate in industry events and forums.
- Interface with local Outside Plant Engineering organizations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
- Passion for sales, service, and building lasting relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and balance customer needs with results.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Additional qualifications: degree, knowledge of telecommunications, strong consulting skills, influencing skills, knowledge of the multi-family environment, ability to manage a sales funnel.
