Client Executive - State National
About the role
Manage assigned territory of new and existing clients to include service, profitability, and account retention. Develop and maintain business relationships with all account personnel involved with the State National Companies program, including C & V levels. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and follow-up. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts with ultimate responsibility for overall client satisfaction and delivery of the State National Value Proposition.
