Job Responsibilities

  • Originate and secure capital for JV and platform recapitalizations by leveraging senior relationships with SWFs, public pensions, insurers, and other global real estate investors; anchor commitments and structure co-invests.
  • Lead deal structuring and negotiation end-to-end (term sheets through definitive docs), including JV governance, promote/waterfall mechanics, alignment provisions, and conflict management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with capital sources, advisors, and internal partners across the Commercial & Investment Bank.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
  • Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.
  • Foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Deep, active network with senior decision-makers (CIOs, Heads of Real Assets/Private Markets) at leading SWFs, public pensions, sovereign investment companies, insurers, endowments, and large family offices.
  • Minimum of fifteen years leading complex JV formations, continuation vehicles, platform recapitalizations, secondary GP-led processes and alike.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely.
