Client Executive, Commercial Lines

At Trucordia, we're building the next great insurance brokerage, and we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to complex commercial clients, developing tailored service plans and risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of complex, multi-location or multi-line commercial accounts.
- Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies aligned with client industry, risk tolerance, and business objectives.
- Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations, providing expert-level advisement and advocacy.
- Collaborate with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth strategies.
- Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing, proposal development, and policy negotiations.
- Analyze assigned book of business to ensure revenue growth and account profitability.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and gaps in coverage, coordinating with internal teams to offer complementary insurance lines.
- Monitor carrier performance, pricing trends, and market conditions to inform placement decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in AMS360 and related systems for policy changes, notes, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Client Managers and junior team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert in internal planning sessions, special projects, or escalated client service issues.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in insurance account management, with a focus on complex commercial accounts.
- Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products, markets, and strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and carrier partners.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.
- Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required.
- Advanced industry certifications such as CIC, CRM, CPCU strongly preferred.
