Client Executive
About the role
CHG invented the locum tenens staffing model in 1979 and is the largest physician staffing firm in America. As a Client Executive on the Enterprise Client Solutions team, you’ll cultivate and grow relationships within existing large accounts to drive revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of one or more Account Managers and indirectly influence others across the organization to ensure client retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor team members through weekly one-on-one meetings, side-by-side coaching, and other growth-related activities.
- Maintain regular and ongoing dialogue with existing clients to build relationships and influence decisions to grow CHG’s staffing solutions.
- Execute cross-divisional collaboration and indirect leadership of CHG’s brand partners.
- Develop and implement new solutions to meet client needs.
- Leverage current internal relationships to grow the business.
- Focus on client-facing activities with large enterprise clients to meet and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
- Build relationships with global decision-makers to mitigate risk and create strategic partnerships.
- Engage C-suite and VP-level contacts to educate them on CHG service lines and address their staffing challenges with customized solutions.
- Work with leadership to manage expectations and delivery between CHG and clients on a global level.
- Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and expand business with CHG.
- Travel for face-to-face interactions with clients.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Demonstrate understanding of various healthcare delivery systems and develop strategic plans to address customer needs.
- Partner with CHG divisions, teams, and departments regarding client needs.
- Maintain and update client information in the database.
- Develop new target marketing plans and strategies with National Account Sales Leaders to grow market share.
- Negotiate client contracts and serve as the company’s agent in contractual commitments.
- Plan targets and cold call to establish new contacts within current client health systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in healthcare staffing.
- Minimum of five years of professional account management and outside sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay
For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 – $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level, and experience. Sales positions receive total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), including base pay, commission, and bonuses. Non-sales positions have a base salary with short-term incentives through various bonus plans paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
