Client Engagement Partner

About The Role

You will drive early-stage client engagement and support the conversion of opportunities into active mandates across Healthcare and FMCG. The role focuses on shaping problem statements, managing initial interactions, and ensuring continuity from first conversation to project initiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business problems. Structure discussions and define clear problem statements.
• Support opportunity conversion: Work with internal teams to translate client needs into proposals and scopes. Maintain momentum from initial outreach to project kick-off.
• Manage engagement pipeline: Track and prioritise opportunities. Ensure consistent follow-ups and alignment between client expectations and internal delivery capability.
• Collaborate with strategy team: Work closely with Consultants to ensure smooth handover and continuity into live engagements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or consulting support roles
• Exposure to Healthcare and/or FMCG sectors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to structure conversations and think commercially
