What You'll Do
- Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
- Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Mandatory:
- Minimum of 5 years B2B Field sales experience targeting US clientele.
- Proven results of closing deals and developing long term relationships with clients.
- Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
- Desirable:
- Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
- Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.
- Similar positions in companies that offer software development outsourcing industry.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
- Recent, relevant Sales Team management experience.
