Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of an existing portfolio of healthcare, PBM, and life sciences clients identifying growth opportunities across staffing, consulting, and outcome-based engagements
  • Build and execute account growth strategies that expand services, solutions, and relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across business, technology, and operational stakeholders
  • Consultative Selling and Solution Co-Creation
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client business objectives, operating challenges, and technology needs
  • Collaborate with clients to co-ideate solutions spanning people, process, technology, and delivery models
  • Shape engagements that may include outcome-based professional services, business transformation, and technology or platform enabled solutions
  • Sell across both business and technology-oriented offerings, with exposure to initiatives such as: CPI, product, project delivery, data modernization, digital platforms, Salesforce, and software development initiatives
  • Partner with solution and delivery teams on engagements involving modern technology stacks, which may include cloud platforms, data platforms and tools
  • Proposals, Presentations, and Pipeline Ownership
  • Develop and contribute to client-ready proposals, solution narratives, and executive-level presentations
  • Cook up coordination across pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery leaders to support global or multi-region programs
  • Manage opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline health across assigned accounts
  • Balance multiple pursuits and active engagements in a dynamic consulting environment

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in professional services sales, with a strong emphasis on building and expanding existing accounts
  • Experience selling in the PBM, pharmaceutical, healthcare payer/provider space, or closely adjacent healthcare organizations is required
  • Demonstrated success selling both staffing and consulting/solution-based services
  • Experience working across both business and technology domains
  • Proven track record of building compelling proposals and executive presentations
  • Experience supporting global delivery models and working closely with delivery teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
