Client Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

  • Own the company’s external knowledge base strategy and material presentation
  • Collaborate with Technical Solutions to enhance client training programs
  • Design processes for material audits based on feedback and support tickets
  • Build onboarding resources for internal teams like Sales and Product
  • Partner with TS to keep internal knowledge bases current
  • Identify and address recurring client questions to improve documentation
  • Define documentation standards and lifecycle processes

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in client enablement or related field
  • Proven track record in end-to-end documentation ownership
  • Experience with both client-facing and internal training
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive problem-solver who connects across teams
  • Hands-on with AI writing tools and documentation platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
