Responsibilities
- Own the company’s external knowledge base strategy and material presentation
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions to enhance client training programs
- Design processes for material audits based on feedback and support tickets
- Build onboarding resources for internal teams like Sales and Product
- Partner with TS to keep internal knowledge bases current
- Identify and address recurring client questions to improve documentation
- Define documentation standards and lifecycle processes
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in client enablement or related field
- Proven track record in end-to-end documentation ownership
- Experience with both client-facing and internal training
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solver who connects across teams
- Hands-on with AI writing tools and documentation platforms
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
