Client Delivery Manager II

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery execution for upgrades and complex initiatives
• Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans and timelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert for delivery-related client activities
• Coordinate resources across teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage delivery risks and resolve complex issues independently
• Track and report on key performance metrics and milestones
• Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 7+ years in project management, client delivery, or related fields
• Proven experience managing complex delivery initiatives
• Familiarity with cross-functional team coordination
• PMP certification preferred
