- 8–10+ years of blended experience in IT Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, and Account Management
- A background leading consulting or digital product delivery teams is highly preferred
- Proven Growth Track Record
- Demonstrated success in doubling client partnerships (100% YoY growth)
- Maintaining massive multi-team, multi-project accounts
- Methodology Expertise
- Deep mastery of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and modern tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, SharePoint)
- Financial & Analytical Acumen
- Strong capability in Microsoft Excel for tracking team velocity, project KPIs, budget allocations, and margin analyses
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a closely related field
- Location
- Must be based in Columbus, Ohio for full-time onsite immersion with the client
