    Candidate Qualifications

    • Experience
      • 8–10+ years of blended experience in IT Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, and Account Management
      • A background leading consulting or digital product delivery teams is highly preferred
    • Proven Growth Track Record
      • Demonstrated success in doubling client partnerships (100% YoY growth)
      • Maintaining massive multi-team, multi-project accounts
    • Methodology Expertise
      • Deep mastery of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and modern tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, SharePoint)
    • Financial & Analytical Acumen
      • Strong capability in Microsoft Excel for tracking team velocity, project KPIs, budget allocations, and margin analyses
    • Education
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a closely related field
    • Location
      • Must be based in Columbus, Ohio for full-time onsite immersion with the client
