HybridManagement$90k–$150k/yrFull-time

About the role

You will be joining the client delivery team at Kraken, working to support North American clients through their technology transformation journeys, including new migrations and long-term projects. As the Client Delivery Lead, you will manage a specific tech domain (e.g., billing, finance, communications) for client projects—either migrating onto the Kraken platform or addressing long-term technology requirements. You will collaborate with Kraken’s technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver results aligned with project or business needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of how Kraken works, the ability to refine client problems or requests into solutions leveraging existing and new capabilities, and the skill to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements. You will also support clients in adopting Kraken’s development style and act as a bridge between clients and Kraken’s product managers and developers. This opening is with the Billing Delivery Team, one of nine domains across our Delivery teams.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor position based in North America. Projects may span any state, and travel is expected. We are a flat, agile organization seeking open-minded individuals comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment. You must be a self-starter willing to tackle problems outside your typical role to drive progress for clients and the organization.
