Client Dedicated Meeting Planner

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the customers. You will provide active travel consultation and will work in an international setup. Join us in creating unique experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and conventions
• Schedule, prepare, and facilitate a weekly team meeting
• Manage day-to-day internal and client version program budgets
• Work with Account Executive or Account Manager to ensure a complete and professional presentation of final bill documents to the client
• Source destination, hotel, and venue options that meet clients' expectations

Requirements

• Experience in planning meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences, and/or special events
• Extensive client management and group travel experience
• Proficiency in database management
• Effective communication skills, including English

Pay

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Client Dedicated Meeting Planner is between $56,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.

Schedule

Full-time, hybrid: work from home 3 days a week, report to client's office in Cleveland (Mayfield Heights), Ohio 2 days a week.
