Client Coordinator - Agribusiness Insurance
About the role
The Ag Client Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering purposeful work and meaningful impact for clients in the agribusiness sector. This position is part of the Agribusiness team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a company known for its award-winning, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
Creating renewal packets
Requesting loss runs
Creating premium and loss summaries
Creating renewal certificate holder lists
Issuing auto ID cards
Updating certificate templates
Mailing policies
Setting up proposal templates
Holding all endorsement activity including change requests, follow up, checking (direct bill) and delivery to the client (direct bill)
Following up with clients regarding driver and equipment lists
Handling BPRC activities
Handling livestock auction claims for the Canopius program
Handling assigned livestock-only book of business
Aiding in preparing marketing submissions
Issuing certificates based on existing templates
Preparing monthly stock reports
Aiding Client Managers with EPIC related functions
Requirements
Reading, writing, and mathematical skills that would normally be acquired through the acquisition of a high school diploma
Possess or have the ability to acquire applicable resident and non-resident agency/broker license within 3 months of hire and comply with continuing education requirements
Preference will be given to those with experience working with bonds
Strong team - environment skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a group
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills and acute attention to detail
Strong computer skills and proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to produce and deliver focused communication both verbally and in writing throughout all levels of client organizations, the Agency, as well as insurance carriers and third-party brokers
Strong aptitude for flexibility and multi-tasking with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Applicable resident and non-resident agency/broker license within 3 months of hire
Experience working with bonds preferred
