About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments, and economics, VCA solves strategic problems for issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers, and governments.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
• Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes with some guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
• Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios.
• Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions, such as business strategy, product development, pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Pay

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $114,400 to $193,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary varies depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
