Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to our clientele to enhance customer satisfaction, experience, and productivity.
- Perform job duties within the scope of practice under your issued licenses/certifications.
- Work closely with the Mid-Level Providers as needed for client care.
- Assist in training peers and new hires to ensure Company standards.
- Maintain strict medical protocols for all laser services, adhering to state regulation, HIPAA, and all other regulatory compliance programs set by the Company.
- Maintain a professional, neat appearance and adhere to the approved dress code to ensure an upscale atmosphere.
- Perform laser services including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal and Photo-facials.
- Perform aesthetic services including but not limited to: derma-planning, SkinPen micro-needling with and without PRP, facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial.
- Perform body contouring services including but not limited to: CoolSculpting.
- Provide a client-centered customized plan to meet their skincare needs through services, product sales, and treatments.
- Perform full aesthetic consultations to meet all client's short- and long-term goals.
- Maintain an elite, clean, and organized work/treatment area throughout the location.
- Assist with unpacking and storing orders appropriately and timely.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory by communicating needs and counts to management.
- Ensure charting is accurate, timely, and complete to best depict all client appointments and experiences.
- Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.
- Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor and clinical management.
- Ensure client concerns are reported in a timely manner to the Senior Laser Technician, Manager, Mid-Level Provider, and Operations Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing is required.
- Medical Esthetician License issued by the State is required.
- Ability to work weekends and have a flexible schedule is required.
- Strong and extensive knowledge of laser, skin treatment procedures, esthetician practices, and medical practice management.
- Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media while meeting guidelines and expectations.
- Understanding of patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation.
- High level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
