Concierge - Part-Time

Schedule

Part-Time. 8am–4pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; evenings or weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service preferred
• Technology skills are important
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong communication skills are critical; ability to work with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members
• Spectrum Retirement Communities strongly encourages all team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, the vaccine is not a requirement to work with us
