About the role
Oversee client care, build relationships, and drive growth in a home care setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Monitor client health and update care plans accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
- Visit clients regularly to assess well-being.
- Collaborate with team members on growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase billable hours and services.
- Ensure accurate documentation and clear caregiver instructions.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or home care.
- Proven success in goal achievement.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
- Friendly, relationship-builder, capable of working independently and in teams.
- Comfortable with home visits; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a vehicle required.
