Client Care

• Welcome and assist clients who visit our studio
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth
• Answer questions about our products, preservation process, pricing, and timelines
• Cook up with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients
• Address client concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Support day-to-day storefront operations and client experience initiatives

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Comfortable interacting with clients both in person and over the phone
• Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, or client-facing experience preferred
• Current college student preferred

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week during the fall semester
Reduced hours may be available during the winter semester based on class schedules and availability
Additional hours may be available during the summer
