Location: Short Pump, VA – Full-Time

Schedule
- 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- 2pm - 12am
- Weekends required
Responsibilities
- High-volume receptionist duties with proficiency in multi-line phone and computer systems
- Client-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient typing and navigation of digital records systems
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learning of internal company software systems
- Organization and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Review estimates, discuss financial options, and process payments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate/diploma in business or office administration preferred
- Experience in the veterinary or medical field is a plus
- Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Veterinary Assistant Certification and/or Licensed Veterinary Technician Program financial assistance may be available based on interest
