About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring its smooth functioning and user satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Manage site operations, including monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and improve site functionality.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect user data and site integrity.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
