Overview

At Gallagher, we're seeking a Client Benefits Administrator Senior to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring their benefit plans operate smoothly. You'll interact with a diverse group of colleagues and clients, contributing to the development of benefit plans that align with current trends and regulations.

About You

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience managing client relationships and handling complex accounts.
  • A strong understanding of benefit plans, including group life, health insurance, retirement, and income continuation programs.
  • The ability to explain complex rules and policies in simple terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Handle complex and high-volume accounts, interpreting plan rules to ensure compliance, and preparing clear, effective communications.
  • Lead special projects, analyze policies, and help develop benefit plans that align with current trends and regulations.
  • Your work directly contributes to reducing risks and improving outcomes for our clients.
