Your Role and Responsibilities
- Account administration, such as reviewing, submitting, scanning, and maintaining documentation, opening and closing accounts, and collecting and coordinating tax reports/forms.
- Cash management duties including monitoring and administering daily transactions (checks, wires, ACHs, journals, etc.) and weekly cash balances, evaluating disbursement requests according to trust documents, and preparing discretionary distributions and documentation.
- Client communication and deliverables, assisting with preparing periodic reports, presentations, and client-initiated requests.
- Maintaining accurate client records and information across various platforms (internal programs, CRM, etc.).
- Internal support including backing up colleagues, ensuring compliance with all protocols, and maintaining positive and effective team communication.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in private wealth management, trust services, and/or client services within the finance industry.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry is required.
- Prior experience reviewing trust documents and/or working on trusts is a plus.

- Knowledge of or ability to learn basic accounting skills and trust accounting basics.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe; willing to take skills and aptitude assessments. Other software applications, such as financial software tools, are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- We provide a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills and offer an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
- The salary range for this position starts at $65,500 for those without experience to $82,000 for those who meet all qualifications depending on location and experience.
