Responsibilities
- Assist Client Managers with processing insurance transactions
- Process enrollment changes
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system
- Request and track information from carriers as needed
- Assist with the development of formal Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
- Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables, including benefits summaries
- Ensure updated client digital files
- Support constructing benefits guides and wrap documents
- Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use
- Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes
- Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies
- Support other special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent written communication and task follow-through
- Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members
