Client Advocate

Description The Client Advocate is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience. The CA leads and coordinates teams of consultants across WTW, including brokers, service colleagues, and claims advocates, to deliver efficient and effective support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to align resources with client needs. The Role Retains and manages a complex book of business while ensuring client satisfactionEstablishes comprehensive understanding of each client’s industry, business, and objectivesProvides strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, monitoring insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with WTW resources, practice, and industry groupsCoordinates delivery of the E365 Plan and Client Stewardship reportEngages and integrates WTW resources to support the client experienceDesigns and delivers client presentations, stewardship reports, service plans, and schedules Qualifications The Requirements 10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client facing role or demonstrated ability to fulfill role responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of coverage forms to analyze program design, identify coverage gaps, and provide ongoing consultationAbility to interpret, analyze, and present analytical modelsRelationship management skills to leverage internal and external resources and drive conflict resolutionNegotiation skills to develop solutions and secure consensus across stakeholdersStrong communication skills, including group presentations and technical discussionsStrong project management experience with large, complex, or multi-dimensional accountsReceptive to feedback, with strong critical thinking and adaptabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with relevant online toolsActive P&C insurance license with required continuing education Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity. Compensation And Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130,000– $130,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
