Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using the "Tiffany touch" to create extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed sales plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Capture and maintain client data to cultivate new and existing relationships, ensuring a significant portion of sales comes from repeat clients.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during each selling ceremony.
  • Adhere to Client Experience Behaviors identified within the TEI program (Voice of Client Survey) and align with Tiffany’s client experience vision.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on TEI performance and client feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.

Pay

Range for this role: $20.40/hr. - $24.00/hr.
