Client Advisor, Visuals Expert

Main Purpose:

Loewe is seeking a Client Advisor, Visual Expert to join its Boston Copley Place Boutique. The role involves building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service, fostering meaningful relationships.
• Showcase deep knowledge of LOEWE’s products and brand history.
• Achieve KPI targets through effective use of CRM tools.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Adhere to LOEWE’s visual standards and image guidelines.
• Record and update customer information accurately.
• Promote store events via various means.
• Maintain an accurate client book and initiate regular contact.
• Address client-related issues promptly.
• Support shipping and receiving, and inventory control.
• Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to follow global guidelines.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and standards.
• Support in-store events, windows, special projects, pop-ups, installations, etc.
• Report biweekly to line manager and Visual Merchandising team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Significant experience in window display, interior design, and space utilization.
• Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
• Highly adaptable and able to cater to different customer needs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language knowledge a plus but not required.
