This role transforms a customer's store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience.

This is an onsite position reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment by immediately greeting customers and proactively offering assistance.
  • Provide dynamic service, asking questions to identify customer needs and guide them effectively.
  • Be knowledgeable of store layout, merchandise assortment, and direct customers to appropriate areas.
  • Foster a welcoming, fun, and energetic customer environment through collaboration.
  • Elevate the shopping experience by consistently achieving personal and store sales goals using Vilebrequin’s selling ceremony (WE SELL SUN: first smile, be curious, tell the tale, unveil connections, matching top, perfect fit, reassure, and convince).
  • Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and digitally, ensuring customers are notified of new product arrivals.
  • Study and communicate collection details while assisting clients.
  • Exceed individual KPI targets: ADS, UPT, Email Capture, Name Attachment Rate, Women’s Sales, and Top to Bottom.
  • Adhere to all corporate customer service and operational policies.
  • Demonstrate effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
  • Support store operations, including processing deliveries, merchandising, maintaining visual standards, and executing correct POS processes.
  • Safeguard company property, including key holding, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer concerns with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in luxury or hospitality.
  • Desire to work in a retail sales environment with a passion for luxury products and design.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Client-oriented with a "go the extra mile" attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a "win together" mentality.
  • Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and follow through on tasks.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Occasional climbing of ladders.
  • Routine standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
