Client Advisor (Part-Time) - Los Angeles

Overview

We are Stone Island, a defiantly independent community founded in 1982. We are seeking a Client Advisor in Los Angeles to deliver on stage the Stone Island Customer Experience. The role involves building relationships, fostering a community, and driving sales.

Role

The Client Advisor at Stone Island is the direct and trusted point of reference in store. They welcome and guide clients, get to know them, and advise them honestly and genuinely, all while building the Stone Island community and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• At least some experience in sales roles in Fashion Retail/Hospitality; or interest/study in Fashion related courses
• Experience in Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus
• Client service and commercial mindset
• Trustworthiness, attendance, flexibility, agility, attitude for teamwork
• Fluency & sophistication in local language, proficiency in English - additional languages is a plus
• Good image and look coherent with the Brand style
• Openness to new technologies

Impact

• Collects Client's valuable information throughout the journey
• Proactively engages in 1to1 activities to nurture the relationships with Clients
• Has strong knowledge of the collection
• Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Leverages cross-selling opportunities
• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
• Sustains the store's visual merchandising standards
• Might have opening and closing responsibilities
