Client Advisor (Part-time), A|X Outlet

About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who will work together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
• Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue
• Shape the brand experience through your daily presence on the sales floor
• Act as a client advisor, sharing product knowledge and providing the highest level of service
• Convey the vision of Giorgio Armani with a strong team mindset and results-driven approach

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
• Prioritize Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills as a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
