Client Advisor - Northern CA
Job Description
Candidates need to be located in Northern California to be considered for this role (e.g. San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, etc.).
Role Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Able to forge strong relationships with Clients that build trust and credibility.
- Customer Sales and Retention Expertise: Must be skilled, knowledgeable, and comfortable identifying, presenting, and closing new solutions and renewal programs to clients.
- Industry Expertise: Must have experience selling, retaining, and/or supporting Telecom, IT services, and/or technology services.
- Collaborator: Able to achieve goals through collaboration, effective communication, continuous improvement, and successful execution.
- Builder: Experience in high growth environments and understands how to build on existing client relationships leveraging technology, people, and processes to drive results.
- Strong Executive Level Communications: Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization, both external clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Proficiencies
- Minimum of 7+ Years in a similar position selling and supporting similar products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional level of customer service, professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player, willing to share ideas, driven to improve processes.
- Self-motivated, completes tasks, interested in learning new ideas, embraces change, achieves results, high performer.
- High level of comfort with technology solutions.
- Proficient in the complete suite of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with recurring revenue business and services companies preferred.
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

About the Role
The Client Advisor will be assigned to a base of existing customers with the objectives of developing relationships with those clients, enhancing the value of the Bridgepointe brand within those clients, and helping to retain and grow the type and quantity of services sold to those clients. They will act as a liaison between the client and the suppliers the client sources through Bridgepointe to ensure the client receives the required support from each supplier. They will act as an extension of the clients team as it relates to understanding the clients technology needs and roadmaps; and help them achieve those objectives through the services offered in the Bridgepointe portfolio.
