Responsibilities
- Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue
- Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge
- Act as a client advisor
- Operate with integrity and have a strong team mindset
- Be results-driven
Requirements
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated passion for working as a team
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
- Prioritize Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for the brand and the luxury/retail business
- Knowledge of the luxury/retail business
- Ability to work with clients and provide excellent service
