About the role
You will be part of a diverse team who will help drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Develop a client base and drive store revenue
- Shape the brand experience through your daily presence on the sales floor
- Act as a client advisor, sharing product knowledge and providing the highest level of service
- Convey the vision of Giorgio Armani with passion and integrity
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team
- Proficiency in using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
- Possession of Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills (considered a strong asset)
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
