Client Advisor (Full-time), A|X Armani Exchange

About the role

As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team, working together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business will greatly influence the client experience. As a Client Advisor, you will assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the brand experience. Success in this role requires integrity, a strong team mindset, and a results-driven approach. You will act as a client advisor, share product knowledge, and provide the highest level of service while passionately conveying the vision of Giorgio Armani.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience that aligns with the brand’s values.
• Assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Develop and maintain a client base on the sales floor.
• Provide product knowledge and act as a client advisor to ensure the highest level of service.
• Collaborate with the team to shape the brand experience and meet revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach (e.g., CRM, WeChat) is preferred.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand.
