About the role
The Client Services Sales Advisor is based in our Client Services Center in Jersey City, NJ. This role requires providing top-notch client service by listening to and addressing each client's specific needs through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant customer experience by embodying core brand values and integrity.
- Consistently offer a professional and outstanding service approach to resolve customer issues via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors to ensure they are satisfactorily resolved.
- Ensure all customer communications adhere to Dior policies and processes.
- Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when interacting with customers.
- Drive to achieve and exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including proper case management, sales targets, quality assurance score, productivity goals, and schedule adherence.
- Enter accurate information into Diorlink and initiate updates to the SCRM database as necessary.
- Accurately record data for statistics and workload analysis.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships within the Dior network.
- Perform outbound contacts as required for sales drivers and client issue resolution.
- Collaborate across the Client Services Center to address customer concerns and share successful ideas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury customer service (preferably in retail, hotel, or concierge businesses).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- A clear demonstration of a customer-first mindset.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
- Able to work flexible schedules including hours/days/nights/holidays and weekends.
- Able to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, ideally French and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Able to attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Able to attend mandated and ad-hoc training sessions to develop and maintain skills and knowledge required for the role.
