About the role

The Client Services Sales Advisor is based in our Client Services Center in Jersey City, NJ. This role requires providing top-notch client service by listening to and addressing each client's specific needs through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant customer experience by embodying core brand values and integrity.
  • Consistently offer a professional and outstanding service approach to resolve customer issues via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors to ensure they are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Ensure all customer communications adhere to Dior policies and processes.
  • Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when interacting with customers.
  • Drive to achieve and exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including proper case management, sales targets, quality assurance score, productivity goals, and schedule adherence.
  • Enter accurate information into Diorlink and initiate updates to the SCRM database as necessary.
  • Accurately record data for statistics and workload analysis.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships within the Dior network.
  • Perform outbound contacts as required for sales drivers and client issue resolution.
  • Collaborate across the Client Services Center to address customer concerns and share successful ideas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury customer service (preferably in retail, hotel, or concierge businesses).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills.
  • A clear demonstration of a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including hours/days/nights/holidays and weekends.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, ideally French and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Able to attend meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Able to attend mandated and ad-hoc training sessions to develop and maintain skills and knowledge required for the role.
