Job Duties

  • Setting Appointments: Reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to meet with them to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research: Digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet their financial need in the case of a death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families: Meeting with clients either virtually or in-person (the choice is yours) to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative: Following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Commissions as a New Agent

  • This position is a commission-only based sales position.
  • The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect.
  • Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week.
  • In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g. 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the stock market.
  • We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them.
  • In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
