Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

Job Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store targets sales targets
• Incorporate product knowledge, brand information and history in the selling ceremony with the end result of maximizing sales and building client loyalty
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in the database
• Build and expand a client book; follow-through with client concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business
• Follow up with any shipping, alterations, repairs or other matters related to clients
• Aid in visual merchandising, general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required

Profile

• We are eager to speak to individuals who have at least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
• The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Berluti brand
• This individual will have the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization and follow-through skills
• Fluency in English is a must and speaking a second language is a plus
